These Exercises would Need a Stability Ball
- Warm up exercises are very important to make your body prepared for the actual exercise.
- Sit on the stability ball and put your hands behind your head, slowly try to make small circles with your hip, as you get comfortable, larger circles can be made.
- Sit on the ball and try to march forward slowly. When doing this exercise your back must be straight. As the comfort level increases the marching could be faster.
- Using the stability ball, make it is in between your lower back and a wall. Your back should be tightly secured against the ball.
Then you need to tighten your stomach and bend your knees to a 90 degree angle. Push your heels and try to stand straight. - With the ball placed between your lower back and the wall, hold a small dumbbell between your legs.
Position your feet wide than your hips and put your toes out. Tighten your stomach and lower making a 90 degree angle. - Sit on the ball with your bottom on the edge, place your palms behind you and your finger tips should be pointing toward your back.
Push your body from the ball so that your hip is in front and your knees are at a 90 degree angle.
