A Life long Fitness Plan!

If you fear about feeling tired, miserable and aversion about your aging and out of shape body, then why not start doing something about it from today, when you are in youth and can do anything with zest. If you are quite conscious about your youthful looks and want to maintain it till late 50s then make up your own fitness plan.

It seems like many exercise plans and exercise tools prove to be ineffective when you try to use them to tone up your body and strengthening your muscles. Be honest to make this plan as this plan will go along you through years so decide it as you will follow this plan with all elements. There is no need to exaggerate the plan that doesn’t fit with your lifestyle and personality. I am going to give you few points that you must consider before planning stage on the way of thinking in the healthy lifestyle direction to keep you beautiful and youthful.

Strength Training

No matter how you are planning your life long fitness but it must include strength training. Strength training includes your muscle strength and you can gain it through weight lifting. It is not necessary to gain it through heavy weight lifting, you may use lighter weights with multiple repetitions as developing more muscle mass so that you can burn more calories. This muscle development will increase metabolism and will let you help in burning more calories than ordinary work out. You can develop strength through push ups; sit ups, pull ups, climbing and several other exercises.

Endurance Training

Cardiovascular exercise is important but it is not wise decision to run hours on treadmills. Mostly people love running, jogging or walking on treadmill for hours but there are few exceptions as well like you can develop endurance through strolling, any favorite game, dance or any enjoyable activity. I recommend few minutes (less than hour) cardiovascular exercise and increase your intensity as much as possible. Give yourself challenges to increase the stamina and endurance because if there will be no challenge or less challenge, your body will not show you improvement.

Relaxation

Rarely any instructor will tell to relax (cool-down) when you are having weight loss plan but if you want this plan to be long lasting then relaxation must be included as an integral component of your plan. You can choose Yoga to relax your mind and body and to take off stress.
